No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical — we work on patterns, skills, and strategy. It isn't a substitute for therapy or medical care, and if something deeper would serve you better, I'll say so honestly.
Most people feel the first shift within the early weeks, once awareness and the calming skills come online. The deeper, lasting change is built across the full 12-week arc — that's the point of sequencing it.
